Hi, I am from India, and I did feel excited about reading things that struck me "right" : cause I know them from before. I have saved most of your pages, and am still going through them. I sent some pages to some friends too. I am a solitary practitioner, since I haven't found groups or gurus here whom I can practise anything with. I have been doing meditation, occasionally wiccan magick, yoga, etc.. not terribly regular. But your concept of meditating all the time has struck home now, even though I suppose it is the same thing that Paramhansa Yogananda also said (in the meditation practices that I tried to follow but didn't really succeed). There is an increasing sense of urgency about the need to follow things I believe to be true and beneficial. Thank you for the site. If there is anything you need me to do for the site or the group from Delhi, India, I'd be glad to (considering that Tantra originates from this country), and would enjoy it , since even my mundane work involves research and writing on different subjects... though I am sure it is at a very different level from what you all do. thank you again

I have read almost all of the information on you page and find it very interesting. I would like to continue reading the information that is password protected. I affirm that I am over 18 years old. I am trying to learn pranayama so far it has helped me relax and sleep better. I would like to try some of the other things described in your page but am a little shy of being naked. I was raised Catholic and attended Catholic school for 12 years and although I am not a practicing Catholic I have internalized the teachings to some degree. I am becoming more comfortable being naked when I'm alone but don't know how to go about finding a partner to practice some of the other techniques you describe. First I gotta say, truly great site. Keep it up.
I was wondering about the Pranayama slowing of
metabolism/hibernation trance. A while ago I saw some kind of
documentary on the Aboriginees of Australia. At night the desert gets
extremely cold, and it showed how the aboriginees can just sit on the
ground and slow down their bodies for the night, letting them sleep
without blankets or shelter. Do you know anything about if this is a
similar sleep state or if they likely do something totally different.
